After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a brief intake form 48 hours in advance, so I can review your bird’s background, current situation, and any concerns before we meet. Whether it’s behaviour, diet, plucking, respiratory issues, or understanding treatment plans — this session gives you clear, expert-backed advice with a personal touch. Includes: • A 30-minute live consultation via video call • Review of your intake form and any relevant history • Written summary delivered within 48 hours, including: – Key points from our discussion – My conclusions and professional interpretation – Tailored advice based on your bird’s individual needs – Clear, actionable next steps Optional add-on – £10 • Follow-up email check-In (within 10 days) – ask one follow-up question or share an update, and receive a personalised response
