Sometimes things happen unexpectedly — your bird is acting off, you’re unsure if something is serious, or you're feeling lost in vet instructions or test results. This session is for those moments when you need calm, expert guidance fast. No intake form is required — just book, and we’ll meet at the soonest available time. Ideal for sudden behaviour changes, confusing droppings, concern after a vet visit, or times when you feel overwhelmed and need someone to talk to — fast. Includes: • A 30-minute live video consultation • Verbal advice and recommendations based on the information you provide • Calm, practical support to help you understand what’s going on and what to do next • Brief follow-up notes available upon request
